What's stubbed in Phase 1
- Parcel map data is a hardcoded mock set (6 parcels across Clark County, WA and Williamson County, TX) — not wired to Regrid or any live GIS API yet. Needs Rich's Regrid account; the map UI is already built to the real click-to-inspect UX, so swapping in a live feed is a data-layer change, not a UI rebuild.
- Zoning code text is hardcoded for 4 example districts across the same 2 counties — the parser itself is real, rules-based regex logic, not canned output.
- Report Generator export (both templates) renders as a print-ready HTML view (use your browser's Print → Save as PDF). Native PDF generation is a stretch goal.
- Outreach, CRM, and live call-assist (Modules 5-6 of the course) are scoped for Phase 2 — the course content is live now, the matching tools aren't built yet.
