Is gross acreage and projected lot yield inside the buy box (e.g. 20-100 acres / 100-500 lots)? Size alone doesn't qualify or disqualify a deal.

Why it matters: A parcel that's too small can't support a builder's overhead, and one that's too big ties up more capital than a buyer wants to risk. This just checks the size is in the range buyers are actually looking for.
